Modified and updated version of MED POUCH HORIZONTAL. The biggest change is more visible MED sign laser cut in the loop Velcro on the front. The pouch still has all its most important features from the previous versions.

A pouch for your medical shears. The backside is has velcro loops, so you can attach it on the backside of most combat IFAK kits.

A TQ puch with velcro flap for secure storage. Fits most  currently used tourniquet models.

A bigger pouch for your medical kit. Designed for typical incidents that can occur during outdoor activities and has internal pocket for a tourniquet.

The kit comes in two parts, the outher pouch has a rigid backing, that can be attached to belt up to 50mm or MOLLE/PALS systems. The inner pouch has a pullout strap and a handle for quick deployment. The insert has a compartment for a pressure bandage, personal dressing and a  bandage, the center is an detachable pockect made out of elastic material with a zipper.

You need a vehicle med kit if your car gets injured.
