This process is very easy for our EU customers but can become complicated for US or other countries outside of EU because of customs fees and high shipping cost. We recommend you contact our customer service about your particular issue and we will try to solve it in the best possible way for both parties.
If you simply change your mind, your circumstances have changed or you found a cheaper product elsewhere after the product was shipped, in this case Polenar Tactical d.o.o. reserves the right to not offer a full refund (decided on a case-by-case basis)
The customer can be charged up to 50% of the returned item value as restocking fee. This is not our usual practice but it is included in our terms of service to protect us against fraud and customers with malicious intent.
Returns & refunds
At Polenar Tactical we strive to offer best service available for our customers. Occasionally though, you may want to return certain items. This is not a problem at all.
The current EU regulation states that EU customers have the right to return goods without reason 14 days after receiving the package. Customers are obliged to notify the supplier (via telephone, email or mail) within 14 days of receipt if not satisfied with ordered products.
Products must be returned no later than 30 days after the cancellation of the contract, unused and undamaged, except when damage was not caused by the customer.
The same policy doesn't cover customers from countries outside of EU but Polenar Tactical d.o.o. is committed to providing the best service possible for all of its customers. Unfortunately returns from outside of EU are subjected to our customs import which creates additional problems and unnecessary cost for the company.
This is why we are unable to provide full refund for "no reason" returns from outside of EU.
We understand that ordering mistakes sometimes happen and we will try to make it right, just be aware that in some cases the cost of return can be as high as 50% of the whole order value. For this reason we do not have set refund rates or restocking fees but we solve each return by case-to-case basis. This is why we recommend contacting our customer service [email protected] where we will find the best solutions for you.
Polenar Tactical d.o.o. will not cover return shipping cost or any other costs that may arise from returning the package.
