Battle Gnome Solutions Kane is a DUTY HOLSTER designed for professional use, available in standard LEVEL II or upgraded HYBRID LEVEL III configuration. Holsters are precision made by vacuum forming Kydex T on CNC machined molds and are designed to be compatible with:

For optimal draw and security, the PASSIVE RETENTION IS ADJUSTABLE with the two screws on the front of the holster.

Holster only grabs a part of the trigger guard / weapon light, which minimizes the wear on the gun and makes the draw smooth and fast.

LEVEL II RETENTION

The standard LEVEL II retention system combines a spring-assisted hood with an ergonomic thumb release for fast and natural operation without breaking the grip.

Key Features:

• Strong torsion spring ensures positive, automatic hood opening.

• Closed, debris-resistant housing prevents jamming from mud, dirt, or debris.

• Easily cleaned under running water for field serviceability.

• User-interchangeable thumb button (two sizes included) for ergonomic preference.

• Fast, intuitive draw with near-passive retention speed.

Operation:

• To unlock: press the thumb release down — the hood opens automatically under spring tension.

• To lock: rotate the hood over the slide; the Level II release lever resets automatically to its ready position.

HYBRID LEVEL III RETENTION

The HYBRID LEVEL III system builds on the same hood and Level II thumb release, adding a rotary blocking lever for enhanced retention during high-impact activity or attempted unauthorized access.

Key Features:

• Rotary lever physically blocks the Level II release, preventing accidental or unauthorized unlocking.

• Thumb-operated rotary block can be easily covered to stop third-party access.

• Retains the same spring-assisted hood, sealed housing, and washable design as the Level II.

• User-interchangeable Level II thumb button (two sizes included) for ergonomic preference.

• One smooth, continuous motion to disengage both safeties.

Operation:

• To unlock: rotate the rotary block forward then press the Level II thumb release — both steps can be performed in one smooth motion without breaking the grip.

• To lock: rotate the hood over the slide — the Level II release lever resets automatically to its ready position; then rotate the rotary Level III block back under the Level II release lever to secure it.

To help protect the surface finish on the pistol, Kane models are also available with optional SOFT LINING INSIDE the holster

All our holsters also feature a UNIVERSAL MOUNTING HOLE PATTERN, which will fit most of the popular belt attachments on the market, such as those produced by Blackhawk, Safariland, G-Code, Bladetech etc.

We offer several ATTACHMENT OPTIONS that can come pre-mounted on BGs Kane holsters:

 MID RIDE BELT LOOP

 ELASTIC LEG STRAP

MID RIDE BELT LOOP is designed to slightly drop the holster and offset it from the shooter’s body for easier access. It will work with duty belts up to 55 mm wide.

ELASTIC LEG STRAP is recommended for use with the mid ride belt loop. It simply threads between the holster and the belt loop and provides additional stability during the draw of the pistol.
