Axiostat L88 is a compact, high-performance hemostatic patch engineered for pre-hospital trauma care. Made from 100% chitosan and powered by Axiostat’s Protonated Bioadhesive Technology (PBT®), L88 rapidly adheres to blood cells, forms a robust mechanical barrier and helps control bleeding in just a few minutes.

The flat 8×8 cm patch format is ideal for scalp and limb wounds, cuts, lacerations and abrasions, and can be cut, folded or layered to match the injury pattern. Once applied with firm pressure, the dressing sticks to the wound and stays in place under a pressure bandage or field dressing – even in demanding environments.
