Suppressor Muzzle Brake | FlowComp | Silent Steel

The Silent Steel FlowComp is a suppressor muzzle brake designed to replace the original front cap on compatible Silent Steel suppressors. Its two-stage design redirects gas flow to compensate for recoil.

Design and Function

In Flow suppressors, the first chamber redirects high-velocity combustion gases through flow vent holes at the muzzle. The second chamber redirects the gases that follow the bullet through the bullet channel.

In Baffle suppressors, the first chamber receives energy from the last baffle chamber. The second chamber then redirects the gases that follow the bullet through the bullet channel.

Construction

The FlowComp is made from 25CrMo4 steel and has a nitrided surface treatment.

• Silent Steel Gen 1 Baffle Streamer suppressors
• Available in 5.56, 6.5 and 7.62 variants

Installation

We do not recommend replacing the front cap yourself. When you order the FlowComp together with a suppressor, we can install it for you before shipping. We will also include the original front cap from the suppressor in your package.

The FlowComp is not compatible with Gen 2 3D-printed Baffle suppressors.
