G807 | Ganzo

The Ganzo G807 is an outdoor fixed-blade knife inspired by classic Scandinavian designs, combining simplicity, reliability, and functionality. Its solid construction without moving parts ensures excellent stability and safety during use, making it ideal for travel, camping, fishing, hunting, and everyday outdoor tasks.

The knife features an 88 mm Drop-Point blade that is versatile enough for food preparation, woodworking, piercing, and general field work. With a blade thickness of 3.3 mm, it offers good strength and resistance to deformation during demanding tasks.

The blade is made from 9Cr14 steel, known for its corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and long-lasting sharpness. After heat treatment, it reaches a hardness of about 59 HRC, providing reliable cutting performance and durability.

The 115 mm ergonomic handle is made from a combination of polypropylene (PP) and thermoplastic rubber (TPR), offering durability, impact resistance, and a secure non-slip grip. Subtle notches near the blade improve control, while the smooth shape prevents hand fatigue during extended use. A lanyard hole at the end of the handle allows attachment of paracord or a wrist strap.

Weighing only 96 g, the Ganzo G807 is lightweight and easy to carry. The knife comes with a durable PP polymer sheath featuring a belt clip and a drainage hole to remove moisture after use.
