The Ganzo G628 stands out with its distinctive design and rugged appearance. The folding blade features a black coating that matches the handle, giving the knife a bold and tactical look. In addition to its cutting performance, the knife also includes practical features such as a rescue cutter and glass breaker integrated into the handle, making it a useful tool for travel and emergency situations.

The 89 mm blade has a versatile Drop-Point shape, suitable for a wide range of cutting tasks. It is made from 440-series stainless steel, known for good edge retention, solid cutting performance, and corrosion resistance with proper maintenance.

The knife can be opened using either the flipper or the thumb stud, allowing convenient one-handed operation. When open, the blade is securely locked by a liner lock mechanism, preventing accidental closure.

For improved control during heavier tasks, the 2.7 mm thick blade features a thumb rest on the spine. The handle has an ergonomic curved shape with a finger groove that helps prevent slipping toward the blade.
