The blade is made from 440C stainless steel with a higher carbon content, providing a good balance between corrosion resistance, strength, and edge retention. The 95 mm blade features a plain edge and an above-average thickness of 4 mm, giving it excellent durability for tougher tasks such as cutting meat, trimming branches, or preparing kindling.
The handle is fitted with durable G10 scales, a fiberglass composite known for its strength, light weight, and resistance to moisture and wear. For convenient carry, the knife includes a steel pocket clip and a lanyard hole for attaching paracord or a wrist strap.
The Ganzo G740 is available in black, orange, and green handle options.
