A smooth and reliable ball pencil from Modestone. The Uni-Ball PowerTank pen provides consistent ink flow. This all-weather pen will work in diverse weather conditions such as rain and snow. It works at -20°C (-4°F). Even if the paper is wet and cold, this pen will leave it's 0,4mm trail. It can also write upside down, thanks to it's pressurised ink bottle.
